Campbell River Literacy Now is community members or organizations interested in literacy. We implement literacy programs, initiatives and provide literacy support. Join us!
Campbell River Community Literacy Association
Campbell River Community Literacy Association helps people improve their literacy. Adult Literacy and English as a Second Language tutoring is offered in one-on-one and small group sessions. Volunteer tutors are always needed. Family Literacy Day 2010
Family Literacy Day is January 27th, 2010 and this year’s theme is SING! There will be fabulous activities all over Campbell River. Watch the Campbell River Mirror newspaper - they will publish a list of all the events on the 22nd. We will also have a list of events posted here by the 22nd. Stay tuned!
Backpacks for Literacy
Literacy Now volunteers spent an entertaining evening stuffing 400 backpacks with books and supplies intended to help young children and their families enjoy reading.
